MEET THE BATCH

When a litter is ready to be introduced, waitlist families will get the first opportunity to "meet" the babies and learn a little about their developing personalities.

Step 04

WELCOME THEM HOME

Once your bunny is ready, it’s time for the best part! Most babies head home around 8 weeks of age. Not local? Visit our Policies & Info page to learn about available options.

Our Rabbitry

Bunny Batch Co. is an ARBA Registered small family run Holland Lop rabbitry located in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Our breeding program is built around the things we value most: health, temperament, and giving every bunny the best possible start. 

​

We believe a wonderful bunny starts long before they meet their new family. Our rabbits are thoughtfully paired with health, temperament, and overall quality in mind, and every litter is raised with plenty of hands-on care, training, and snuggles from the very beginning.

Our babies are handled and socialized as they grow, giving us the opportunity to know their individual personalities while helping them become comfortable with the every day sights, sounds, and interactions of family life. This also allows us to help our families choose the bunny that is best fitted for their home. 

​

Because we keep our program intentionally small, we are able to give our rabbits and their babies the individual care and attention they deserve. Before leaving Bunny Batch Co., we spend time preparing our babies for the transition into family life. Using gentle, rabbit-appropriate methods, we create positive experiences with handling and human interaction and begin introducing good litter box habits. While litter habits can change during adolescence or after moving into a new environment, our goal is to give each bunny a strong foundation that their new family can continue building on at home.
