Sales Policy
Reserving Your Bunny
•Bunnies are offered through our waitlist first, then released as first come first served. When it is your turn to select a bunny, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the purchase price is required to reserve your chosen bunny and will be applied toward the purchase price.
•Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
•The remaining balance is due at pickup by cash or e-transfer unless otherwise arranged.
•Pedigrees are available upon request for an additional fee.
Bringing Your Bunny Home
Our bunnies go to their new home between 8-10 weeks of age, once they are fully weaned, healthy, and thriving.
They will come with:
• A transition supply of food
• A Bunny Batch Co. Care Guide
• Lifetime breeder support
A secure pet carrier is required for pickup.
•For the health and safety of our rabbits, we do not offer visits inside our rabbitry.
•Pickup times and locations will be arranged with each family. Pickup may be rescheduled once with advance notice. We are open to travelling short distances to meet up for a small fee.
•Transportation may be available throughout Canada. We will work with reputable ground transport if arranged by customer. We also work with air transportation when available, please inquire for more info.
Health and Care
•Every bunny leaves our care healthy and free of any known illness to the best of our knowledge. We encourage every new family to examine their bunny at pickup.
•Once a bunny leaves our care, Bunny Batch Co. cannot be responsible for illness, injury, death, or veterinary expenses resulting from stress, environmental changes, diet changes, accidents, or exposure to other animals.
•If you already have rabbits at home, we strongly recommend quarantining your new bunny for 30 days before introductions.

• We reserve the right to decline an adoption if we feel it is not the right fit.
• While we do our very best to accurately determine the sex of each bunny, mistakes can occasionally happen with young rabbits.
• Every bunny is handled daily and thoughtfully socialized, but personalities continue to develop and cannot be guaranteed.
Our Lifetime Committment
• Every Bunny Batch Co. bunny has a home with us for life. If you are ever unable to care for your bunny, regardless of its age, we ask that you contact us first. We will always welcome a Bunny Batch Co. bunny back.
• Our bunnies are never to be surrendered to a shelter, abandoned, or released outdoors.
• While purchase prices are non-refundable, our priority is ensuring every Bunny Batch Co. bunny always has a safe and loving home.
